Our high quality, hand-made and authentic mithai soan papdi are made in a traditional, family-owned and operated bakery in Karachi, Pakistan. The mithai are made from a mixture of fine flour and sugar that is hand-rolled into small balls and then placed on a plate before being cooked on a hot plate. These traditional, high-quality sweets are perfect for the traditional celebrations of any occasion. KARACHI BAKERY Chocolate Soan Papdi Mithai Box contains three mithai, which is made of Soan and cocoa. Soan is a mixture of rice flour and sago, which is fried to make a thick dough. The cocoa and sugar are mixed with milk and the dough is rolled out thinly, and then cut into thin strips. The strips are fried in oil to make a thin layer. The mithai is served with a variety of chocolates.
