Description

These traditional handmade South Indian appams with a deep fried crisp crust is often eaten with a variety of toppings. BMS Appam Patra offers a practical solution to your cooking needs. Made of aluminum, the appam patra is lightweight and can be carried easily. The handle makes it easy to carry the patra while cooking. The lid can be used to cover the patra while cooking, and the wooden picker helps in lifting the appam from the pan. This is a new type of Indian appam patra that is used to make delicious and authentic South Indian appams. It is designed with a 7 cavity capacity to hold more batter. It has a handle at the top and bottom which allows the patra to be lifted with two hands. The lid is made of stainless steel to retain heat and steam. The lid has a wooden handle which allows you to remove it from the pot with one hand.
